    the new South Valley Flea Market in our beautiful 210? X 120? indoor arena located on our 40 acre hay farm. The farm sits approximately 5.7 miles down Gannett Road off of Browning Lane. Our Cover-All building is light and bright and stays cool in the summer with two large doors that can be opened or closed depending on the weather. Our building is lighted and heated with a base of packed, decomposed granite (DG) which provides a level surface. We have 80 interior 10? x 10? spaces available with aisles ways and additional outdoor spaces located on the eastside of the building out of the wind. Indoor spaces will be renting for $20 per day and outdoor spaces for $10. The building will be locked and secured each evening so set-up the day before is available.

    Directions to 83 Browning Ln, Bellevue, ID 83313: From the South on hwy 75: Turn RIGHT on Baseline Rd. continue until it ends on Gannett Rd. Turn LEFT and continue north to next LEFT turn onto Browning Ln. From the North on hwy 75: At the South end of Bellevue, Turn LEFT onto Gannett Rd. Continue approx. 5.7 mi. Turn RIGHT on Browning Ln. From the Southeast on hwy 20: Turn right on Gannett Rd. towards Gannett Turn LEFT on Browning Ln.
