Lauren Levig is a Board Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer with over 1800 hours of education in massage, nutrition and exercise science. She specializes in structural therapeutic bodywork, muscle release techniques, myofascial release, PNF stretching, trigger point therapy, and uses optional Red light/Infrared therapy, Graston Technique® IASTM, and CBD products. Her goal is to help clients become pain free by resolving soft tissue dysfunction and encouraging clients through self care and training recommendations. Clients of all ages are welcome, parent or legal guardian must be present for clients 15 and younger. Written parent or guardian consent form is required for clients under 18. A coded receipt will be provided for insurance reimbursement.
