Come and celebrate  “World Happy Day” on Saturday, February 11, from 5:30-8pm at All Things Sacred in the Galleria in Ketchum, hosted by the Sun Valley Wellness Institute in partnership with lululemon athletica. Evening will feature a free yoga class by Cathie Caccia, owner of Hailey Yoga Center and SVWI board member, followed by a free film screening of the new movie “HAPPY”, complete with healthy popcorn bar and refreshments.

The movie HAPPY combines cutting-edge science from the new field of “positive psychology”with real-life stories of people from around the world whose lives illustrate these findings.  Through these stories HAPPY leads us toward a deeper understanding of how we can all live more fulfilling, healthy and happy lives.
