Welcome local business owners, mangers and staff to a customer service presentation on "The Power of Positive Management, and Excelling in Guest Service." This is a presentation that I have given many times over the years to large corporations and smaller entities. My goal is to help refresh, renew, and hopefully inspire all of us to create greater team efforts in our respective businesses, grow repeat clientele, and become the best in guest service that we can.
