SVSEF Wild West Game Dinner
Limelight Room, Sun Valley Inn
Our roots run deep in the Wild Game Dinner. Originally created as a way for ski team families to come together before the start of the ski season and share the bounty of the fall hunting season, the event has evolved into one of the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation’s largest fundraisers, featuring live and silent auctions, a paddle up, dinner and dancing and a themed video on our athletes and program.

We will celebrate our 38th annual Game Dinner in November 2015. Back in the day, diners used to have to worry about cracking a tooth on buckshot, but no longer, as we leave the cooking to Sun Valley executive chef John Murcko and his able team. Game is still a staple of the menu, however, with fine dining featuring elk tenderloin, duck and pheasant. Vegetarian dishes are also offered.
