The Sun Valley Wellness Festival (SVWF) has been at the forefront of the wellness movement for decades. Its pioneering wellness programs have positively impacted thousands of individuals in the local and global communities. 2023 will be the 26th year of the festival, which will take place over Memorial Day weekend, May 26-29, officially launching the summer event season in the Sun Valley area. Festival programs and activities will be held at the Argyros Performing Arts Center and the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum, Idaho.

Building on its history of highlighting inspired thought leaders, the 2023 SVWF will feature dozens of pioneering presentations and workshops from leading wellness experts. The festival also will offer a free Experience Hall, which includes a variety of wellness vendors, as well as movement, and yoga classes, and unique guided outdoor wellness adventures such as holistic hiking and mountain meditations.

The festival is produced by the non-profit Sun Valley Wellness Institute (SVWI), whose dedicated board and staff work tirelessly to create a world-class wellness event. Stepping into the lead role is new SVWI President, Allison Quistgard Scherer, who is taking the reins from 2022 SVWI Board President Geneal Thompson, as she transitions into the role of Past President.

In handing over the leadership torch to Quistgard Scherer, Thompson remarked, “Allison is ideally suited for this new position, and I know that she will light the way for the 2023 Festival to flourish. I look forward to working with her and the Directors of the SVWF Board to ignite and bring forth what we do so well.”
