Sunday, March 16 12pm: Sausage & hash cookout at the base area 1-3pm: Beacon park scavenger hunt begins! Celebrate St. Paddy’s Day next Sunday with spring skiing and a family-friendly holiday scavenger hunt! This is an interactive, go-at-your-own-pace activity for parents and children to utilize avalanche rescue tools to simulate a treasure hunt. Each beacon buried in the beacon park will have a hidden treat to uncover along with it. A staff member and volunteer will be on-site to provide guidance and transceivers to use for those who do not have their own.
