The Sawtooth Society is hosting a free skate skiing clinic at the Park Creek Nordic trails, 6 miles west of Stanley on Highway 21.  Come learn how to master the fast, exciting art of skate skiing under the incredible Sawtooth Mountains! There will be a beginner and intermediate class offered, followed by a chili dinner and contra dancing!

Don’t own a pair of skate skis?  No problem!  Backwoods Mountain Sports will rent skis, boots and poles at the highly discounted price of $10.  Contact Kelly Conde at kelly@sawtoothsociety.org or (208) 994-1654 to reserve a pair of skis.  The skis will be available by reservation in Stanley the day of the clinic.
