Hailey Public Library will host ‘Our Water: Water Rights and the Law’ a virtual talk on Thursday, June 17 at 5:30 pm by Kevin Lakey, Watermaster for Water District No. 37. Lakey oversees a vast area from the Snake River Canyon Rim to north of Ketchum and ensures that Idaho’s water laws are being followed.
