At Hikin’ Buddies, you can take a shelter dog for a hike, or hang out and socialize some of the smaller dogs. It is a great opportunity to meet some of Mountain Humane’s adoptable dogs as well as to learn more about the organization. All are welcome to join in throughout the summer, weather permitting. Meet at Adam’s Gulch trailhead from 9:30-1:00 on Wednesdays. No appointment is necessary; just bring your family and friends to have a good time with some dogs that would love to meet you! *Dogs go out on hikes on a first come first serve basis.* Also, Mountain Humane will now be doing adoptions at Adam’s Gulch during Hikin’ Buddies! Come and meet the dogs, take them for a walk, and if you fall in love – an Adoption Counselor will be onsite to help you complete the adoption!
