The City of Ketchum, in partnership with Blaine County, contracted NeuroMediation Group to develop and administer the program. ABOUT: The Housing Mediation Project is free mediation program providing Blaine County landlords and tenants with an avenue for resolving housing-related issues without filing an eviction with the court. Mediation services are available to landlords considering filing for eviction and tenants facing eviction. Mediation is a neutral third party -- not an advocate for the tenant. WHY: Mediation is a well-established, cost-efficient, fair, efficient, and confidential process for resolving disagreements. A mediator is a neutral third party -- not a tenant advocate.
