Event Description:
Back by popular demand! Join Erin Corwine, owner of Radish and Raven Provisions, as she prepares Blood Orange Port Sauce during this jam making workshop.  Plan to be involved in all aspects of the jamming process, from fruit chopping and mixing to filling and canning jars.  You'll leave with the confidence to water bath can your produce, as well as several jars of Blood Orange Port Sauce. All skill levels are welcomed. Space is limited to 12 students.
