Injury Prevention Workshop
Ski season has arrived and it's time to think about preventing injuries this winter. Are you at risk? Come find out and learn strategies to improve your athletic performance on or off the slopes.
Participants attending this workshop will leave knowing their structural, muscular or neurological imbalances that are increasing their risk of injury, and simple brain balancing exercises to reduce it. Assessments are easier done with a partner so bring a friend or family member!
