Grants are an increasingly vital funding source for all kinds of non-profit, educational, and community organizations. This three-part workshop will introduce you to the world of foundation giving and
grant funding. You will learn how to find and vet funding sources and how to address specific grant components. You will practice writing sections of a proposal in class, and you will have the opportunity to apply for a $250 grant for a local non-profit organization. You are encouraged to come to class with a grant idea in mind.
