Rotarun winter recreation area is responding to recent snowfall with free skiing on Saturday, January 21, dubbed Art Richards Appreciation Day at the facility.
The free-ski day will kick off the year’s ski season at Rotarun, and will also be the grand unveiling of a new handle-tow lift that provides access to the lower half of the mountain. This new lift, combined with the full-mountain pama-lift will enable skiers to delight in the fresh snow and groomed corduroy on Hailey’s own family-friendly ski area. The area will open for skiing Saturday at 10 a.m., and close at 4 p.m.
