Summer is the perfect time to push beyond your boundaries and explore new territory. Company of Fools is proud to present a variety of summer classes and workshops that will get your creative energies flowing!
THE AUDITION is a one-time, two-hour class that will provide a blast of creativity to electrify your senses. Core Company Artists John Glenn and Denise Simone lead this session on how to prepare for an audition-- the heart of every interaction between actor and director. Students will be asked to prepare a monologue before class starts so they may experience an audition. THrough feedback and exercises, participants will learn to focus on the work instead of "what they think of you." The class is designed for students 17 and over, and no prior theatre experience is necessary to participate.
