Event Description:

The Sawtooth Botanical Garden, in Ketchum, Idaho, will host Capturing a Moment Through Eco-Dyeing, a fabric workshop with Betsy Hinze. Participants will explore time and place on fabric to create a beautiful work of wearable art.  Plants will be gathered from the gardens, and then participants will design a silk scarf using these materials. Steam is used to set the dyes.  Part 1 will be held at the Garden Saturday, June 27; 1:00-4:00 p.m.  Part 2 will be held Sunday, June 28, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.  The workshop is free but registration is required.  Visit www.sbgarden.org or call Kristin at 726-9358.
