Participating businesses along Main Street in downtown Hailey will have orange and black balloons outside their doors to let Trick or Treaters know where to go. Stop by the Liberty Theater and be in the Costume Contest with prizes sponsored by Kiwanis of Hailey and the Wood River Valley. It will be held from 3:45 to 5:00pm. It’s open to all ages with contests held every 15 minutes awarding the top 3 best costumes.
