Event Description:
The Sawtooth Botanical Garden is hosting a wildflower walk to learn about the whitebark pines of Galena Summit on Saturday, August 27. Trip leaders will be the SNRA’s Robin Garwood and Deb Taylor. We’ll identify white pine blister rust and mountain pine beetle sign and visit a restoration site. Moderate-difficult; the road off of Highway 75 requires a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
