Event Description:
A celebration of the harvest and the farmers that provide it, The Elevated Table dinners take place on picturesque Bellevue farms. These are “elevated” farm-to-table experiences unlike any other in our Valley – elevated by accomplished local chefs who create extraordinary meals with the season’s freshest offerings. By adorning a working farm with wine glasses, candles and table linens, guests and farmers alike are treated to a truly unique fine-dining experience.

For this dinner, Chef Sean Temple of the Warfield, accompanied by guest chef, Taite Pearson, will prepare an unforgettable family-style meal using ultra-fresh, seasonal food, each savory course paired with a regional wine. Upon arrival, guests will sample hors d’oeuvres made with locally grown ingredients complimented by cocktails made with local spirits, seasonal fruit and fresh herbs.

Food for The Elevated Table dinners is sourced from local producers including Squash Blossom Farm, Agrarian Harvest, Lava Lake Lamb, Pride of Bristol Bay, Waterwheel Gardens, King’s Crown Organic, and Double Springs Ranch. Farmers will join us at the table as our guests of honor.

August 10 - 5:30pm Hillside Ranch - With Guest Chef Chris Kastner
September 14 - 5:30pm - Nighthawk Farm - With Guest Chef Taite Pearson
