A Costume Contest with prizes is sponsored by Kiwanis of Hailey and the Wood River Valley, hosted by Kiwanis Key Club and will be held at The Liberty Theater 3:00 – 5:00 PM.  All-ages contests will be held every 15 minutes with the top 3 winners selected by the Key Club.
Prizes are awarded at the time of judging!
Kiwanis Key Club will be hosting the Costume Contest.
