Start at the Wood River Sustainability Center and then stroll around downtown, or hop aboard one of our hay wagons, and sample some unique, locally prepared pork creations from Hailey’s finest restaurants and our guest chefs. Afterward, it’s only a short walk back to the Wood River Sustainability Center where there will be a pig carving demonstration for those interested in knowing how your pork gets from farm to table. Our guest “Pig Wizard”, Joel Cox, will share his extensive expertise in the art of butchering. The demonstration will be followed by a live auction of the beautifully carved pig to benefit a local Hailey charity, Swiftsure Ranch Therapeutic Equestrian Center. Top off the night with live music, dancing, and drinks. This event is sure to feed your stomachs as well as your desire for a fun Idaho-centric evening of local flavor.
