Summer Literacy Fair and Ice Cream Social for All Parents and Students in Blaine County.  Plan ahead to prevent summer reading loss.  Enjoy and an ice cream social with 5B Reads, Cox Communications, Bloom and Hunger Coalition, Overdrive, Wood River Middle School, Hailey Library, Bellevue Library, Community Library, ERC, Music'n Me, and Bellevue Elementary School.
