Come ready to be still, to resonate and be resonated. Entrain your own rhythms in the sweetness of intentional sonic spaces. Lean in to be enchanted. Call it a meditation or a perfect opportunity for a deep rest, know that time may stretch, the veil might thin and your heart might flutter. With crystal and tibetan singing bowls, rhythm, voice, mantra and other journey inducing instruments, be drawn into the deep and be invited to remember, release and revel. YOGA MOVEMENT, presented by Jenn Crawford of Zen Riot Yoga Studio Some light yoga movement to bring your awareness back to the present moment and awaken your physical body. Jenn will provide you with the perfect preparation for your next experience... CACAO CEREMONY, presented by Amber Bieg This workshop will present you with a new understanding of Chocolate. In Jamie's workshop you will be guided through exercises to awaken and move sexual energy throughout the body leading to a deeper connection of body, mind,and spirit as well as a higher more expanded state of consciousness. Join the highly accredited and certified, Jamie Archibald, while she shares with you her "deep passion for ecstatic living and loving with others". ------------------- Water will be provided.
