Lachlan Parker is taking Preston Sharps flags and flowers challenge for his sixth grade wow project for the Syringa Mountain School. He will be at the Bellevue Cemetery honoring veterans and putting up flags and flowers on May 17th from 12:30 to 2. There are over a hundred and fifty veterans in the Bellevue Cemetery please join us if you can. Preston sharp is a kid from Redmond Oregon who started the flags and flowers challenge because he believed veteran should be honored everyday not just on Veterans Day. He has been traveling the country honoring veterans at different cemeteries. He is now been invited to the White House on two occasions for his honorable work. Lachlan Parker met and participated in Preston sharp flags and flowers challenge in Boise Idaho earlier this year. He has chosen to take the Preston sharp flags and flowers Challenge and is challenging children and adults of the Wood River Valley to join him May 17th to honor veterans in the Bellevue Cemetery. He will be providing the flags and flowers with generous donations from Valley businesses we just need your help placing them at the head stones of veterans
