Kiwanis of the Wood River Valley is hosting their annualSaturday April 30 & Sunday May 1 - 2016
Home and Garden Show to raise funds to support Hailey Park Projects.
This two day Home and Garden Show is a great way to showcase your business and let Valley residents know what you do and how you can be there to help them with their upcoming projects.
Booths are 10 x 10
The fee for two days:
$100/booth if booths are paid for before 3-31-16
or
$150/booth if paid for after 04-01-16
Registration Form - (Mail or email)
You will be responsible for your own tent, tables, chairs, lights and any other accessories you may need. We encourage show specials and or give aways that we can advertise to help bring in the consumers. There is limited electricity available (additional fee of $10). Set up for the event will be available Friday May 15th (inside only) from 5 to 7 pm on Friday and 7am on Saturday.
All vendors must have their booths open for the full duration of each day's show (no early breakdowns please). If you would like to exhibit only one day, that can be arranged but breakdown can only happen at the end of the day. All booths must be broken down on Sunday after the show closes.
