Join us for our “Family Gardening Days”, which is designed to help you get your garden started!
Come on down to our farm on Saturday, April 1st from EITHER 10 am to noon OR 1pm to 3pm to plant vegetable seeds for your garden. You will also get an inside peek at our greenhouses and meet our many happy animals!
We will provide the soil, containers, seeds and instruction to get you started. You will have the opportunity to plant several varieties of vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, kale, broccoli, Swiss chard and more! If you have favorite seeds of your own, be sure to bring them.
You will be welcome to take your starts home with you or you can leave them with us and we’ll keep them happy until May 20th.
On Saturday, May 20th from 10 am to noon, we will show you how to transplant your seedlings into your garden and give you harvesting tips. “Family Gardening Days” participants will have early bird access to our Plant Sale and Open House that will be held later that afternoon.
Sign up today for this hands-on gardening opportunity. The cost includes both dates and will be $25/person or $45/family.
