Event Description:

Join the Environmental Resource Center (ERC) and the Community Library on Wednesday, May 11 at 6pm for a special presentation by the Peregrine Fund. The Peregrine Fund is a conservation organization dedicated to saving birds of prey from extinction. Raptor specialist, Mike Garets, and volunteer, Joe Fodor, of the World Center for Birds of Prey in Boise, will discuss the importance of birds of prey to ecosystem health through a focus on adaptations, habitat and wildlife conservation. Participants will be introduced to several live education birds. This program is free and intended for all ages.
