Name: Composting - Firewide Chat with the ERC Sun Valley
Date: May 20, 2015
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM MDT
Event Description:
Join the ERC and guest experts, every third Wednesday of the month, as we discuss local environmental topics around the fire. Chats begin on the ERC deck (471 Washington Avenue North in Ketchum) at 6pm and run for approximately one hour. These chats are free and no RSVP is required. Bring your curiosity and questions as this is a participant-led discussion.

This month’s Fireside Chat, Wednesday May 20, will focus on "Composting: Reducing Waste at Home and at Work.”  Josh Green of Whitehead’s Landscaping will lead a discussion on what composting options we have available in the valley - from red wriggler worms to conventional composting bins - where you can buy materials to compost at home, and the benefits of using your own homemade compost on your backyard.

Drinks will be available for a small donation. Bring your re-usable glass ERC mug and get discounts on drinks.  Don't have an ERC mug? You can get one at the event and use it at future ERC events.
