Biking for Mental Wellness

On Saturday, May 18th, join us for one of our biggest events in 2019, Biking for Mental Wellness, a StigmaFree Ride.  The ride raises awareness about mental health conditions, supports NAMI-WRV's community programs, and is tons of fun! This ride is open to bikers of all levels and notably the only “family friendly” leisurely bike ride in the Valley. Costumes are encouraged! Prizes will be awarded for the largest team participating, the most spirited, and the most creative themed team. The three prizes include staycations in Stanley, Boise and Sun Valley so come prepared with your most creative ideas!
