Astronomy in the Garden – Family Night at Croy Canyon Sunday, August 12; 9:00-10:30 pm The Perseid meteor shower is a highlight of our dark, mid-August nights. Join Tim Frazier, president of the Magic Valley Astronomical Society, on August 12 at 9 PM for an evening of meteor watching plus deep sky observing with telescopes. SBG staff will share lore about naked eye constellations. In case of bad weather, the event will relocate indoors and feature fun astronomy activities for kids.
